Recently we got a chance to sit down and talk to Ron Castro, Realtor and Sales Manager for Century 21 M&M in Roseville and Elk Grove. During the conversation we got a chance to ask Ron a couple questions:
Why do you work for Century 21 M&M? Ron Castro enjoys the people in his office and feels that they have created a team atmosphere. He like the tools that Century 21 offers to all of the agents, and the continuing education available on 21online.
What are your plans for the Roseville and Elk Grove offices? His plans are to grow the offices, wants to recruit more agents and get more signs out with listings. so that people see our presence in the community.
Why did you get into Real Estate? Since he was a young child he had a passion for architecture. When he was in high school he would hop on his bike and go visit model homes just to see what was available. It’s not about how much money he can make, it’s about the passion of helping people buy and sell homes.
