Why is Century 21 M&M and Associates #1 in the World

Steve Dangerfield wants to know why Century 21 M&M is the number one Century 21 company in the whole world, so he decides to contact the company and have them take him through the home buying process. The first thing that he does is fill out an online lead form and in a very short time he is contacted by Century 21 M&M Realtors;  John Melo, CEO of Century 21 M&M, and Nancy Payne, Sales Manager for the Tracy and Manteca offices.

Steve and Nancy go back to the office to discuss Steve’s wish list and the homes available that fit his criteria and budget. At the office Steve gets a peak at an Agent training session conducted by Larry Matos, President and Broker for Century 21 M&M.

Mr. Matos asks Realtor Gloria Tovar, “At Century 21 M&M and Associates we provide highest level of personalized service through…?”

“Unmatched standards of integrity, trust, communication and passion for the business, Sir,” says Ms. Tovar.

Next Mr. Matos asked Realtor Shannon Meredith, “A 13.25% down payment on a home listed for $269,500 is…?”

And, Shannon answers, “Thirty-five thousand, seven hundred eight dollars…. and seventy-five cents, Sir!”

In the next scene we see Steve and Nancy viewing the back yard of a prospective home. Nancy says, “Here is the spacious deck, great for hosting summer barbeques and intimate gatherings, what do you think?

Steve replies, “Summer barbeques and parties huh? I can’t picture it… it’s kind of empty.”

Lauralee Ensign, COO for Century 21 M&M says, “I can take care of that!” And, like magic, Realtors Associated with the Century 21 M&M Stockton and Lodi offices are having a party on the deck overlooking the lake.
