On March 21st of 2011, CENTURY 21 agents from all over the world gathered together for a 40th birthday party and the International Convention. There were three main focus points of this convention:
- Roll out of the new national advertising campaign with a focus on the fact that REALTORS associated with CENTURY 21 are SMARTER, BOLDER and FASTER,
- Many of the presentations focused on the importance of real estate marketing using social media,
- And, Rick Davidson, CEO of CENTURY 21 announced the new corporate goal to become the global leader in real estate transactions –
“We are going to leverage every advantage that we have globally to insure that we take our rightful position as the global leader in this industry. This is our vision, that is my personal commitment to everyone standing here in this room…that is CENTURY 21s destiny!”.
With those words he got the attendees fired up and ready to celebrate CENTURY 21’s 40th Birthday, which included a 1500lbs cake from the Cake Boss, and then participate in a hectic schedule of motivational seminars.
Two of the most exciting awards that CENTURY 21 M&M received was #1 in the World in units, and #1 in the USA in Units. CENTURY 21 M&M Modesto was awarded #10 in the USA for ACG, and two of our agents placed in the Top 10 Producers in the USA for ACG – #5 Mei Ling of Cupertino and #6 Clarence Oliveira of Turlock Geer.
Needless to say, all of the REALTORs had a blast, however, John Melo, CEO of CENTURY 21 M&M, says, “Now it’s time to get back to work!”
