
Due to the warm weather, we are experiencing a slow start of the Coats for Kids campaign. However, John Melo, Century 21 M&M CEO says, “Today it is cold outside we are hearing the rumblings of what could be the best ‘Century 21 M&M Cares’ season ever.”
Jerilyn Von Flue, Century 21 M&M Madera Sales Manager says, “There are about 100 coats in our office, with another 100 coats coming in from classroom participation at a local elementary school. And the canned food drive is humming right along with an expected target of 500 cans.”
Further, Jerilyn states, “Our agents are also participating in the Madera Christmas Basket, sponsored by the Optimists International club. And, through-out the year the Century 21

M&M Madera agents have donated their time to many community giving programs, including:
- Serving meals at the Holy Family Table
- Hosting a booth selling ice cream and snow cones at the Relay for Life event
The Century 21 M&M Clovis office is not only collecting Coats for Kids, Liz Owens is heading the canned food drive, and Sergio Montes is promoting the Toys for Tots program.
Leslie Noll, Sales Manager in the Clovis office says, “We are really excited to be participating in Salvation Army bell ringing program. Last year there were so many heart-warming stories coming from people donating. One person came up to us with tears in their eyes saying that they had personally benefited from this program and they were happy to give back.”

Jesse Gibbs, Century 21 M&M Director of Business Development and Public Relations, says that although the Coats for Kids campaign is getting a slow start in Los Banos, they are looking forward to the Christmas parade on December 3rd, and expecting a large number coats not only at the parade, but also through-out that week.
In the Century 21 M&M Turlock-Geer Rd. office there are 48 coats in the box, however, Teresa Moitoso says, “The Turlock offices are participating in the Turlock Light Parade on December 3rd with a float – Miracle on Main Street – and we are expecting a large number of coats donated at the parade and shortly thereafter.”
On December 1st, the Turlock offices are also participating in a silent action and are expecting donations of both Coats for Kids and canned foods the day of that event.
Larry Matos, Century 21 M&M President and Broker says, “With Thanksgiving coming up, we are going to see the Coats for Kids coming in fast and furious during the last few days of this drive. We are to hoping to exceed our goal of 6000 coats.”
